All Omorose orders are processed after payment confirmation. Many of our pieces are handcrafted or produced in limited quantities; processing times may vary by item.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared within 3 to 10 business days. During collection launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, preparation may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

• Delivery timelines vary based on destination and courier service.
• Domestic orders (Pakistan) are usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
• International orders are typically delivered within 4 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  

 

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted courier partners, including DHL, TCS, FedEx, and other reliable carriers, to ensure safe delivery.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, Omorose is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will assist in facilitating communication with the courier to help locate or resolve shipment issues where possible.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Omorose is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
