These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website
omorosecouture.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products from Omorose FZE.
Please read them carefully. By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to
be bound by these Terms.

1. WHO WE ARE

This Site is operated by Omorose FZE, a Free Zone Establishment registered at the
Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), 99 Al Dhaid Road,
University City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("Omorose", "we", "us", "our").

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing a purchase, making any payment, or otherwise using the Site, you
confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and
by our Privacy Policy and Refund/Returns Policy, each of which is incorporated by
reference. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

3. MADE-TO-ORDER NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS

A significant portion of our pieces are produced made-to-order or custom-made to
your specifications. Because production begins specifically for you, all advance
payments and completed payments for made-to-order and personalised items are
strictly non-refundable, and such orders cannot be cancelled or changed once
confirmed and payment has been received.

Where required by applicable consumer-protection law, this exclusion is made in
reliance on the recognised exemption for goods that are made to the consumer's
specifications or are clearly personalised (see Section 9).

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment, or an advance payment where expressly agreed, is required before
production begins. Payments are final and, subject to Section 9, non-refundable.
We reserve the right to contest any unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute and
to provide our records to the relevant payment provider.

5. PRODUCTION TIMELINES

Any production or delivery timelines we provide are good-faith estimates only and
are not guaranteed. Timelines may vary based on order volume, atelier capacity,
material availability, and other factors. An estimated timeline does not form a
binding delivery date unless we have agreed one with you in writing.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via third-party couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or others). Once
an order is handed to the courier, delivery is outside our direct control. We are
not responsible for courier delays, customs processing times, import duties or
taxes, transportation disruptions, or airspace or border restrictions. Any import
duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer unless
stated otherwise at checkout.

7. EVENTS & TIME-SENSITIVE ORDERS

If you are ordering for a wedding, event, or specific occasion, please order well
in advance. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date, even for event-based
purchases, and we recommend allowing ample lead time. We are not liable for any
loss arising from a piece not arriving in time for an event.

8. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond
our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, airspace
or border closures, public-health emergencies, extreme weather, natural disasters,
strikes, or courier or supplier shutdowns. Such events do not entitle you to
cancellation or refund of a made-to-order item.

9. CONSUMER RIGHTS - READY-TO-WEAR, EU/EEA & UK CUSTOMERS

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights you have under mandatory
consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

- Made-to-order / personalised items: For customers in the EU/EEA and the UK, the
statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to
your specifications or are clearly personalised. These items remain
non-refundable as set out in Sections 3 and 4.

- Ready-to-wear / stock items: Non-personalised, ready-to-wear ("Pret") items
purchased online are covered by our Refund/Returns Policy and by any applicable
statutory rights, including, for eligible EU/EEA and UK consumers, the right to
return unused items within the statutory withdrawal period. Items must be
returned unworn, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging.

If a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise non-conforming, you are
entitled to the remedies available under applicable law regardless of the above.

10. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with applicable
data-protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
and the UK GDPR where they apply to customers in those regions. The Privacy Policy
explains what data we collect, why, the lawful basis for processing, how long we
keep it, and the rights available to you (including access, rectification, erasure,

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out
of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for
that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you
place an order governs that order. The "Last updated" date above indicates when
these Terms were last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the
Emirate of Sharjah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any
mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence, the
courts of Sharjah, UAE shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or
relating to these Terms or your order.
